WOODCOTE LY ACID CATALYSED LACQUERS

WoodCote AC Lacquers are a Range of furniture coatings consisting of Urea formaldehyde and alkyd resins which are hot blended. This process yields fast curing high quality clear and pigmented acid catalysed coatings which are available in various gloss (reflectance) levels ranging from Gloss to Matt. These finishes dry by a combination of solvent evapouration and chemical reaction. The result of the chemical reaction is a hard, tough, and solid film which is far more resistant than a conventional air-drying finish. These lacquers are fast drying and once cured are resistant to water spotting and cracking. Not recommended for exterior use.
